Meet your LMT
Hi, I’m Kristie Witt. I’m a licensed massage therapist, CranioSacral therapist, and Fertility Awareness Educator. I also hold an MFA in creative writing. I came to massage and bodywork because I’m fascinated by the language of the body. By the stories we tell through our energy and our posture, and by the subtle communication that happens through touch.
I believe that big shifts are possible when we’re given space to be witnessed and cared for, to experience the depth and power of relaxation, and to put aside doing for being. Creating this space is at the heart of each session I offer. I hope that your time with me leaves you feeling more connected to yourself, more aware of (and even caring towards) your body, and ready to show up with more calm and grounding as you move through your day and week.

Reiki Lineage
The Reiki system is lineage based, meaning that every student is located in a line of teachers going back to the originator of the system, Mikao Usui. I teach under the Usui Reiki Ryoho lineage, which can be traced as follows:
