In case anyone needs to be reminded of this, you are made of cells and organs, yes, but also of a good bit of magic! This awareness is available to us every day, but in my experience Reiki can make it a bit more tangible.  

With that in mind, I’m offering a 2-day Reiki 1 class the weekend of August 23rd and 24th, limited to four students.

This introductory class will cover:

- Reiki history and principles

- Traditional Reiki meditation techniques

- Hand positions for healing oneself and others

Also included:

- Four attunements (a healing in themselves)

- A thorough course manual
